Frozen Product Delivery Description

To ensure our frozen products arrive in optimal condition, we use high-quality insulated polystyrene boxes designed to maintain a stable internal temperature during transit. Each box is packed with food-grade ice packs that help preserve the required low temperature throughout the delivery process.

These insulated containers provide excellent thermal resistance, effectively reducing heat transfer and helping to keep the contents frozen for extended periods. The ice packs are strategically placed around the products to ensure even cooling and temperature consistency. However, due to factors beyond our control (such as transit time, weather or handling),we can not guarantee that products will arrive at a specific temperature or fully frozen. 

This packaging method ensures that products remain within a safe temperature range from the time they leave our facility until they reach your doorstep. For added peace of mind, We strongly recommend placing the items in the freezer immediately upon receipt to maintain their quality, freshness, and safety. Proper storage ensures that the products remain in optimal condition until you’re ready to use them.

We take great care in preparing and packaging your frozen products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, once your order has been dispatched and is in transit with DPD, Please note that both Al Najma Foods and DPD are no longer responsible for any damage, delay, or loss that may occur during delivery.

We recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt to maintain product quality. Thank you for your understanding and support.
